Shipping & Returns


Ricoh (M) Sdn Bhd aims to deliver within 7 working days for deliveries within the Klang Valley and 10 working days for outstation deliveries, including East Malaysia. In the event that no one is available to take delivery or make collection, re-delivery or re-collection can be arranged again upon written confirmation. All regions of Malaysia are eligible for free delivery except for deliveries to East Malaysia & Langkawi, whereby a shipping fee of RM18 / kg will be applicable.

If the items ordered is defective or incomplete, please contact the Ricoh Service Hotline at 1-300-88-8228.


You may return your order or items under the following conditions:

  • The items received from the courier is damaged.
  • Proof of purchase, such as confirmation order slip or consignment note, must be provided.
  • The goods must be returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty
  • cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.
  • The product must not be used, installed or had any data inputted into it.
  • All sealed items must be left unopened.
